Track who's paid (without collecting money)
Chasing entry fees is half of running an outing. ScrambleBoard tracks who's paid — it doesn't move money, it just makes sure you stop guessing at the check-in table.
Mark players paid
On the roster admin, every player has a paid toggle and an optional note ("Venmo 6/12", "cash to Mike"). Team cards roll it up to a "paid 3/4" chip, and there's a one-tap button to mark a whole team paid.
See who still owes
The control room shows an "N unpaid" badge so the morning-of picture is one glance. The check-in sheet can print a Paid column — checkmarks, N-of-M for teams, and your notes — for the person working the table.

Import paid status with your roster
Registration exports usually already know who paid. Upload the CSV and paid/amount/order-status columns are detected — players arrive on the roster with their paid status stamped. Eventbrite, GolfStatus, and Square export formats are all recognized.

What this is and isn't
Paid tracking is informational bookkeeping: it never gates joining, claiming, or scoring, and ScrambleBoard never collects entry fees from players. If online fee collection would change your event, say so in the feedback box — that interest is exactly what decides whether we build it.
Frequently asked questions
Can players pay through ScrambleBoard?
No — entry-fee collection isn't part of the product today. You collect however you already do (cash, Venmo, the club), and ScrambleBoard keeps the ledger of who has and hasn't.

Import your roster from a spreadsheet or registration export
If your sign-ups live in a spreadsheet or a registration platform, don't retype them. Export to CSV, upload it on the share page, and the columns that matter are found automatically.

Paper still matters on event day. The Report Center prints four documents from the roster you already built — no copy-pasting into Word at 6 a.m.
Add players and build teams
Roster building lives on the event's share page, and there are three ways in: paste, file upload, or a photo of the sign-up sheet. Use whichever matches what's in your hand.
Looking for software that scores skins, Stableford, scrambles, and net events with a live leaderboard? ScrambleBoard runs every popular format — players scan a QR code and score on their phones, no app to install.
