1. Who we are

ScrambleBoard is operated by Tarw Media. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You need an account for most features. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account page; paid features remain active until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices can change, and we tell you first. A price change does not apply to a period you have already paid for.

4. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, no scraping at disruptive volume, no using the service to break the law or infringe others' rights. We apply per-account rate limits and may suspend accounts that circumvent them.

5. Your content

Content you submit stays yours. You give us the license needed to store, process, and display it back to you (and to anyone you share it with). We don't sell your content and we don't use it to advertise to you.

6. Service changes and termination

We may change or discontinue features. You can delete your account whenever you like; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we ever discontinue the service entirely, we'll give reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tarw Media's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes we'll update the date above and note it in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
