Print scorecards, cart signs, and check-in sheets
Paper still matters on event day. The Report Center prints four documents from the roster you already built - no copy-pasting into Word at 6 a.m. And the paper feeds the app: every scorecard carries the event's join QR, so the card in the cart is also the way in.
The four reports
- Scorecards - a tournament-style card per team: marker strip, event title and QR header, OUT/IN/TOT grid, handicap and net columns, scorer/attest lines. Landscape, ready for card stock.
- Cart signs - one full-page sign per team with names and starting hole; optionally each player's personal QR so scoring is one scan from the cart.
- Check-in sheet - the alphabetized field with check-in boxes, and paid status if you're tracking it.
- Final results - the finished leaderboard, ready for the scoreboard wall or the sponsor recap email.
A join QR on every scorecard
By default each card's header carries the event QR and the join code - a player who scans the paper lands in the event and picks their name. That works even if you print before the roster is final.
Once the roster is set, you can switch on the per-player QR footer instead: each listed player gets their own code on the card, and scanning it claims that player directly - name, team, and score entry, one scan. The footer also prints the join link as a text fallback for anyone whose camera won't cooperate.

Start from a preset
Four built-in scorecard layouts sit above your saved templates in the designer: Classic scramble (team card with marker strip and signer line), Cart card for stroke play (one card per cart, a row per player, each player's join QR on the foot), Skins sheet (HDCP and NET columns with the carry rule in the footer), and 9-hole league night. A fresh event's scorecards already print with the preset that matches its format - a stroke-play event gets cart cards without you touching anything. Tweak any preset and "Save as my template" makes it yours.
Make it yours
The designer panel toggles every element and takes a custom title, a sponsor line, and a footer - with a live preview beside it. Grouped stroke play and best ball print one card per cart with a row for every player in it. Starting holes and cart numbers are derived from roster order, so reordering the roster reorders the paper.

Frequently asked questions
Do the prints work in black and white?
Yes - print pages use a fixed black-on-white palette regardless of your screen theme, so they photocopy cleanly.
Can I export results as a CSV?
Not yet - today's exports are the printable pages, and the final results print covers most recap needs. If a spreadsheet export matters for your event, tell us in the feedback box on the Help page.
