Fix a wrong score, settle disputes, and finalize results
Somebody will fat-finger a 4 into a 7 on the 14th. Here's how corrections, disputes, and the end of the day work — and how to clone the event for next year.
Correct any score
Organizers can edit any team's any hole from the control room. Corrections never overwrite history — every entry is kept with who entered it and when, so a disputed hole has a full audit trail instead of an eraser smudge.
The conflict queue
If two phones post different scores for the same hole, the control room flags it in the conflict queue. You see both entries and confirm the right one — usually a ten-second conversation with the team at the scorer's table.
Finalize
When the last group is in and the queue is clear, finalize the event. The leaderboard locks, skins settle, and the final results print is ready for the awards table.

Share the workload
Add a co-organizer by email from the event's Organizers page — they get the control room, roster admin, and analytics, while the setup wizard stays with the owner. Handy when the pro shop runs check-in and you run scoring.
Run it again next year
"Run again" on your events list clones the entire setup — course snapshot, format, skins, TV mode, PIN, challenges, payout config — into a fresh event with an empty roster. Pair it with a saved player group and next year's event is ready in a minute.

Frequently asked questions
Can a player change a score after it's submitted?
Players can correct their own team's holes while the event is live; every entry is kept in the audit trail. After you finalize, the board is locked and only reopening the event changes anything.
Do organizer edits delete the original score?
Never — scoring history is append-only. An edit adds a newer entry on top; the old one stays in the audit trail with who entered it and when.

How players join and score (QR codes and claiming names)
There's nothing to install and no player accounts. A player points their camera at the QR poster, taps the link, claims their name from the roster, and is scoring within thirty seconds.

Paper still matters on event day. The Report Center prints four documents from the roster you already built — no copy-pasting into Word at 6 a.m.
