Mark who's paid as the cash and Venmo come in - one tap per player or per team, with notes, and an unpaid badge in the control room.
Toggle paid on the check-in list
Players & check-in has a paid toggle per player and a one-tap Mark team paid. Add a note ("$50 Venmo") if you want the detail.
Imports can pre-fill it
Roster CSVs from Eventbrite, GolfStatus, or Square with a paid/amount column mark those players paid on import.
Keep the outstanding count in view
The control room shows an "N unpaid" badge all day; the printable check-in sheet has a Paid column for the table crew. It's tracking only - ScrambleBoard never moves the money.
