Fix a wrong score
Organizers can correct any card at any time - every change is recorded as an audit event, nothing is ever silently overwritten.
Open Edit scores
From the control room. Pick the team (or group) and the full card appears, exactly as the players see it.
Change the number, save
Your correction posts as an organizer entry on the audit trail - the original entry stays in history, and the board updates immediately.
Players can fix their own too
Anyone on the team can re-enter a hole from their phone; newest entry wins. The audit trail keeps who-entered-what forever.
